HR recruiter for ICT sector

Our company is looking for an HR recruiter who will take care of the research and
selection activities, managing all the phases of the process: sharing the job profile,
research activities, selection interviews, candidate presentation and client advice.
Blackbirds Infotech srl is a certified partner of CAS Software AG for the genesisWorld
CRM platform, developed for 30 years (today used by 480,000 users and 30,000 customers
worldwide in the most varied market sectors).
In particular, you will deal with the selection of personnel in the IT sector with roles
related to the provision of services to customers (consultants, programmers, systems
engineers, project managers, etc.) and more functional roles of corporate organization
of ICT services (administrative, commercial, assistants, marketing, etc.).
We entrust the improvement of our work team to you and your desire to grow, so you will
need to be able to collaborate and actively participate in the entire selection process.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in humanities, preferably in Occupational Psychology
- Fluency in English
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong communication skills and negotiation of employment conditions
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Italy and abroad
- Welcome knowledge of the main players and products / services of the Italian and foreign ICT sector
Graduation, salary and growth opportunities will be commensurate with experience and preparation, and such as to satisfy the most qualified candidates.
